Recipe: Mango Ice Lolly

Ingredients (for about 6 ice lolly moulds // 400 ml)
- 50 g dried mangos
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 50 g soy or plain yoghurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 pinch of turmeric
Instructions
Soak the dried mango pieces in water for 4 hours, then drain well. Discard the water. Combine the mango with all the other ingredients in a tall container and blend well. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
