Recipe: Almond slices with dark chocolate
Offering them as present or snacking them on your own? These chocolate bites are so quick to make that you don't even have to decide. Recipe by Corinna Frei, Schüsselglück

Ingredients:
- 200 g chocolate
- 200 g almond slices
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
Steps:
- Toast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Once the almonds have coloured a bit, add the cane sugar and mix well - be careful, the sugar melts quickly.
- Put the toasted almonds on a baking paper or plate and leave to cool.
- Chop the dark chocolate and melt in a hot water bath.
- Stir the roasted almonds into the chocolate, form small heaps on baking paper with two teaspoons and allow to set.
