Recipe: Exquisite Hazelnut Pralines
An exquisite, yet straightforward recipe using gebana ingredients – sent to us by customer Alice Uhlmann.
Ingredients
- Whole hazelnuts
- Milk chocolate
- Dark Togo chocolate
Preparation
- Roast the hazelnuts and peel them roughly.
- Melt equal amounts of milk and dark Togo chocolate.
- Gradually add the nuts to the melted chocolate.
- Using two teaspoons, remove the hazelnuts individually and place portions of three nuts together onto a baking tray and leave to dry.
Tip: For the perfect present, wrap up the pralines and put them in gebana gift bags!
