Our cashews give this bread a delicious crunch. Perfect for sandwiches! Recipe by Michaela Frank, Head Chef from Zurich.

Preparation

  1. Mix the yeast, water, and sugar.
  2. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Roughly break the cashews and knead them into the dough at the end.
  4. Transfer the dough to a loaf tin and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Bake at 170 °C for approx. 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 95 °C.
