Recipe: Cashew Bread
Our cashews give this bread a delicious crunch. Perfect for sandwiches! Recipe by Michaela Frank, Head Chef from Zurich.

Ingredients
- 42 g fresh yeast
- 500 ml water
- 30 g sugar
- 750 g white flour
- 20 g salt
- Olive oil
- 100 g cashews
Preparation
- Mix the yeast, water, and sugar.
- Add the flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roughly break the cashews and knead them into the dough at the end.
- Transfer the dough to a loaf tin and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Bake at 170 °C for approx. 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 95 °C.
