Recipe Idea: Banana Smoothie
As inspiration for using nutritious bananas, we would like to give you a recipe for a delicious banana fruit smoothie.
You need:
1-2 dried bananas
1 other fruit of your choice
Approx. 500 ml liquid (e.g. coconut milk, juice or water)
Agave syrup
Puree all ingredients thoroughly with the blender until you have a creamy mixture. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more liquid. Sweeten to taste with the agave syrup.
